The Texas Rangers scored 18 runs in the first two games of their series with the Kansas City Royals.
The offensive power surge should continue on Wednesday against Zack Greinke, a pitcher that most of Texas' top hitters have had an overwhelming amount of success against.
Corey Seager, Kole Calhoun, Adolis Garcia and Marcus Semien all have career averages over .300 in 10 or more at-bats against Greinke.
Texas is the primary target for MLB player props for Wednesday's afternoon-heavy slate, but there are a few other spots to look at as well.
Wednesday MLB Player Props
Kole Calhoun Over 1.5 Total Bases (+120)
Kole Calhoun has the best total bases price of the four Texas Rangers hitters mentioned above.
He also happens to have the best numbers against Zack Greinke of the four power hitters in the Texas lineup that have .300 averages or better versus the Kansas City right-hander.
Calhoun has two home runs, five RBI and a .545 batting average in 22 at-bats against Greinke. That is simply absurd.
Calhoun is tied for the Texas team lead in hits over the last seven days with eight. He has seven total bases in the last three games as well as three hits and three RBI in the series against Kansas City.
Adolis Garcia Over 1.5 Total Bases (-110)
Adolis Garcia fits into all of the same categories as Calhoun when it comes to his form over the last seven days and against Greinke.
Garcia has eight hits over the last seven days and he has five total bases off three hits in the two previous games against Kansas City.
The outfielder owns a .600 career batting average against Greinke in 10 at-bats with a home run and three RBI.
Greinke pitched well in his return from injury with one earned run on three hits over six innings against Oakland, but there is a gap in quality between the Athletics and Rangers at the plate.
The familiarity with the Kansas City right-hander should help Texas finish off a fantastic run inside Kauffman Stadium.
Jose Altuve Over 1.5 Total Bases (+125)
Jose Altuve owns a .379 batting average against New York Mets starter Taijuan Walker.
Altuve produced that number over 29 at-bats. Outside of the Texas players, that is one of the best batter-versus-pitcher numbers on the Wednesday slate.
The Houston second baseman has three games with multiple total bases so far on the Astros' five-game road swing. He had 13 total bases over a four-game series against the New York Yankees.
Look for Altuve to get on base early against Walker so that the Astros can pad a lead for Justin Verlander to work with inside Citi Field.
Randy Arozarena Over 1.5 Total Bases (+135)
Randy Arozarena is one of the Tampa Bay Rays' best hitters against left-handed pitching.
Arozarena has 15 hits against southpaws to go along with a .259 batting average.
The outfielder and his teammates get a favorable matchup against Eric Lauer, who has faded a bit since his terrific start.
Lauer conceded 20 earned runs on 25 hits in June. He allowed 12 earned runs and six home runs in his last two road appearances.
Lauer's rough road form could allow Arozarena and the Rays to have a strong afternoon inside the Trop.
