MLB Total Bases Props: Josh Bell, Lourdes Gurriel, Jorge Polanco, More

The easy target for Monday's Major League Baseball betting board is the Atlanta Braves.

Atlanta takes an 11-game winning streak into Nationals Park to start a series with the Washington Nationals.

Ronald Acuna Jr. and other hitters in the Braves lineup have high prop prices attached to them and they could be slowed down by Josiah Gray, who has pitched well in his last few starts.

The Nationals are the better team to target in the matchup because of the prices attached to them and Ian Anderson's concession of 16 hits in the last two games.

Washington has a handful of hot hitters in its lineup, but the search was narrowed down fairly easily after looking at some recent numbers.

The rest of the 10-game slate has some intriguing spots for hitters in Toronto and Seattle, and there is one young player that seems to be mispriced based on his recent actions at the dish.

Josh Bell Over 1.5 Total Bases (+125)

Josh Bell has 26 total bases from 13 hits in June.

Bell produced 15 total bases over his last five appearances.

The Washington slugger has seen better pitches this season because opposing hurlers are staying away from Juan Soto, causing the superstar to walk on a handful of occasions.

Bell and the rest of the Nats lineup get a favorable matchup against Ian Anderson, who allowed 16 hits and seven earned runs to start June.

Washington could be competitive, and even end Atlanta's winning streak, if its bats take advantage of Anderson's recent form and Josiah Gray continues to pitch well.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr. Over 1.5 Total Bases (+140)

Lourdes Gurriel Jr. enters Monday on a seven-game hitting streak.

Gurriel recorded multiple total bases in each of his three games against the Detroit Tigers over the weekend and he can continue that run against Kyle Bradish and the Baltimore Orioles.

Bradish conceded 10 hits over 9.1 innings in his last two starts and he has an 8.31 ERA away from Camden Yards.

Ezequiel Duran Over 0.5 Total Bases (-115)

I believe this is the lowest total bases prop on Monday's board.

Ezequiel Duran made his Texas Rangers debut on June 4 and he produced multiple total bases on four occasions over the last nine days.

Duran is 10-for-32 at the plate with 17 total bases since his call up.

This feels like a mispriced prop given how much Duran has already contributed to the Rangers offense.

Jorge Polanco Over 1.5 Total Bases (+135)

Jorge Polanco leads the Minnesota Twins in hits over the last seven days with nine.

Polanco and the Twins face Chris Flexen, who allowed 11 hits over 11.2 innings in his last two starts. The Seattle Mariners right-handed pitcher let up 32 hits in 26.1 frames in May.

The Twins infielder recorded a hit in five of his last seven road games, which is a good sign to boost his .595 road OPS.

Polanco owns a .938 OPS in June, which is 200 points higher than his previous monthly high in May. He could continue that run at the plate in a game that may have a ton of runs depending on which version of Chris Archer shows up for the Twins.
