Prize Pickup Instructions & Directions

Pickup Hours: Unless otherwise specified, prizes won on Fox Sports The Gambler are transferred electronically via email or delivered via mail. Prizes are no longer available for in person pickup at the iHeartRadio Philadelphia Studios. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised to wait for further instructions from the iHeartMedia Philadelphia Promotions department. All contest winners (online and on-air) will be notified via email by the iHeartMedia Philadelphia Promotions Dept. and be given instructions on how to claim your prize. If there are any questions regarding the status of your prize or you feel you have missed an email, please reach out to staceythomas@iheartmedia.com and include your name, the prize, and the name of the station you won your prize from.
